The ideal Onyx Mentor is an individual who:
(a) s an experienced Black professional or non-Black ally working or has worked in corporate Canada, at a non-profit organization or in an entrepreneurial environment.
(b) Is aligned with their organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) objectives or involved in their community.
(c) Has a minimum of two years of work experience.
(d) Can commit to approximately one to two hours per month for a minimum of one year.
